Cancellation Policy
Written notification of cancellation received at the HIDA registration address (HIDA Registration, c/o EPIC, 10900 Granite Street, Charlotte, NC 28273) on or before September 29, 2010, will receive a full refund less a $35 processing fee.  No refunds after September 29, 2010.
